Delivery
Depending on stock availability, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If an item happens to be out of stock, we will tell you if it’s coming back in and when we expect it to arrive. Hopefully you won’t mind waiting…in which case we will happily reserve the item for you. For all our products, with the exception of furniture and rugs, we offer 3 delivery options.
Standard delivery
Cost £8.50 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only, please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Next Day
Cost £9.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next working day, providing we receive your order before 12noon.
Saturday AM
Cost £15.95 per delivery address.This guarantees delivery of your order by 12noon on Saturday, providing we receive the order before 12noon on Friday.
*Our Standard, Next day and Saturday AM delivery costs are for orders up to 31 kg.
Remote areas will incur an addition surcharge of £3.00 with standard delivery being the only option. As your items have further to travel, please allow an extra day for delivery. Please see below for relevant postcodes.
Furniture & Rugs
The delivery cost for each of our furniture and rug items are priced individually. Please refer to individual product pages for charges. Delivery is available Monday to Friday only and will take between 3-14 working days depending on your chosen item and location. You will be notified upon dispatch of your order. For orders including multiple items of furniture and rugs the delivery charge will be capped at £100.00.
Due to the nature of our larger items of furniture being a 'two man' delivery, these will be delivered separately if ordered along with any other items. You will contacted by the courier to arrange a suitable date/time slot for convenient delivery.

The prices quoted above are for the UK only. For delivery out with the UK, please select the appropriate country at check out and a delivery quote will be emailed to you, you may then complete your transaction on line. All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, so please feel free to leave an alternative delivery address. If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card- please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up with the delivery provider. If for any reason the goods cannot be re-delivered or picked-up, and returned back to us, an additional handling fee will be charged.
