We love the products we design and firmly believe in quality. We really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else in the collection or give you your money back.

CONDITIONS
We ask that the items are returned to us within 30 days, and in perfect condition, unused, with all the original tags and packaging intact. Please complete and enclose the Return/Exchange form supplied with your delivery and make sure to tell us why you are dissatisfied.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately on 0141 959 4090 or email returns@niki-jones.co.uk.

POSTAGE
Unfortunately we are not responsible for the return postage unless in exceptional circumstances. When you post the goods, please retain proof of postage from the post office or courier. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
