Standard UK Delivery
Cost £8.50 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Excludes Channel Islands. An additional £7 surcharge will be added for remote area postcodes. During Christmas & New Year holiday period delivery may take longer.
Next Day Delivery UK
Cost £12 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next working day, providing we receive your order before 12noon. Excludes Channel Islands. During Christmas & New Year holiday period this service is not available.
Rug Delivery (Stock Rugs Only)
Cost £35 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Excludes Channel Islands. Depending on stock availability, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During Christmas & New Year holiday period delivery may take longer.
If an item happens to be out of stock, we will tell you if it’s coming back in and when we expect it to arrive. Hopefully you won’t mind waiting, in which case we will happily reserve the item for you.
Please complete separate orders if you would like the items sent to different addresses.
As of 1st January, our EU customers are being asked to pay import duties. We regret that these are non-refundable; even if orders are returned. You may experience a slight delay to your delivery within the EU, although we are endeavouring to minimise this as much as possible. We are working on a more transparent process, in the meantime please accept our apologies, these factors are out with our control.
If you are outside of the EU, please rest assured that we are still delivering orders as normal and purchases may be subject to local import charges, which you (the customer) will be responsible for paying.

Please note that non- UK purchases may be subject to local import charges, which you (the customer) will be responsible for paying.
All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, so please feel free to leave an alternative delivery address. If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card. Please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up with the delivery provider.
If for any reason the goods cannot be re-delivered or picked-up, and returned back to us, an additional handling fee will be charged.
