Made from ethically-sourced Veta Vera Grass in Northern Ghana; the grass is robust, producing durable, sustainable baskets. The grass is hand-rolled before being woven by a skilled member of a partner weaving cooperative in Northern Ghana. Grasses grow locally and are picked from the tip, leaving the root to continue to grow.
