In English 'gran misto' means 'great mix'. A combination of filled chocolates coated with a thin extra dark chocolate shell, containing hazelnut cream, cherry, Sorrento limoncello cream and cherry liqueur, they don't underwhelm. Encased in a 400g decorative tin, these gastronomic delights are the creation of Italian confectioner D. Barbero.
