Made in the Tuscan family-run business La Fabbrica del Panforte Siena, it's hard, spicy and packed with nuts and candied fruit evoking flavours of the Sienese autumn; the texture and taste is the result of processing and baking a dough using high quality raw materials: flour, candied fruit, almonds, sugar, honey and spices.
